To Receive HIV or Domestic Violence certificates, just read through the text and complete the course test and evaluation.  Then submit the test and evaluation to the mailing address noted below.  Please include address you wish your certificates to be mailed to.  Upon receipt of test, evaluation and payment, we will return mail your certificates within 3 days.
